IOSA SERVICES


	Wake QA is a fully accredited IOSA audit organisation which specialises in IOSA audits and related services only. Its audit solutions are tailored to individual operators' requirements.

	PRE-AUDIT REVIEW

	To assist an operator determine whether it is ready for an IOSA audit, Wake QA provides a pre-audit review. This review is usually conducted with the operator's internal quality/safety team. Typically a pre-audit review will take no more than one day and should be scheduled at least one month before the main audit to allow time for any corrective action.

	IOSA AUDIT

	A full IOSA audit requires a audit team of up to 6 IOSA auditors depending on the size and complexity of the operator. The onsite part of an IOSA audit will typically take no more than 5 working days.

	IOSA REGISTRATION

	The price of the IOSA audit by Wake QA includes submission of the final IOSA Audit Report (IAR) for IOSA Registration by IATA. The IAR remains the exclusive property of the operator.
